“Got into a problem with a blown out tyre, managed to get the car to Ruislip tyres after speaking to a guy called Zak who was very helpful. On arrival the service I received was top notch, my spare wheel was put on and it left the wheel needing a new tyre to be fitted the next day as my tyre size which is not average. Zack realised there was a problem with the wheel which required welding, they called me had it sorted and me back on the road. The whole team went above and beyond and grateful is an understatement. Shout out Marcus customer service is on point. Thanks guys. ”

“The other day I came out of Aldi in Ruislip only to find my car rear tyre completely flat. I was with a friend so we went round the corner to Asda and pumped air back into it at this point still unsure if it was a puncture. Managed to drive to Ruislip tyres. I was greeted by a helpful pleasant young man called Zak who was happy to help me. He removed the wheel but could not find anything wrong with the tyre. So a complete mystery as to why it went flat. Zak checked all of my tyres and put air into those that needed it without me asking. He refused to charge me for the work he did. All I can say is this is my new go to place if I have tyre problem in future I will definitely be going back to Zak. Many thanks ”
